Great and new-like apartment, though a little difficult to find without a gps. however people on the town are friendly and helped. Not recommended without a car or bike, somewhat afar from main roads. The up side is that you`ll have a cozy quiet spot in France, next to a huge park. It was a great surprise, I hope to stay there always when in toulouse area (10 min car drive)

My daughter and I travelled from to Toulouse to go to a rock concert at la phare. The location to the venue was a short walk away which we didnt mind and the location of Parks & Suites Confort Toulouse was pleasant and clean.The room itself was clean and modernwith good facilities.

The only critism I have is the bed, the mattress was really hard and we both found it a little difficult to get to sleep, the pillows were also quite small more like cushions but in the end did manage to sleep and we would stay there again if the need arises

Apartment was new and decorated in a modern, tasteful way. Equipped with everything you need for basic food preperation, two ring electric and a microwave, plenty of room to store your belongings and a decent size bathroom with shower/bath. Very helpful, friendly, English speaking receptionist. Good location if you have a car and don't want to stay in the centre of town. Internet is available via LAN cable. If you don't bring your own, smile and they may lend you one. Can accomodate long and short term stay. Excellent value for money!

Located in a housing estate, don't expect views but nice and quiet. Only the 2 room apartments have a balcony. If you arrive on a Sunday, the reception is closed. Make sure you book more than 2 days in advance as they will leave your key in the safe at the gate and email the access code to you.....2 days after booking.....although this didn't apply to me personally, I met a French lady who did arrive on the Sunday after a very long journey. My French is not that good and I didn't know about the access code email anyway at the time...she obviously didn't get the email in time and wasn't too happy.

The receptionist allowed me to use the staff computer to look on the internet for property to let. This was kind as she explained she could get into trouble for using internet for private use but this was for a guest so it should be fine. Also, the hotel backed on to a forest so we saw a deer one morning.

Rooms not cleaned at all during our 4 night stay so no fresh towels and rather dirty floor. We had to beg for more toilet paper and we were originally refused on the grounds that 'you leave in 2 days' - God only knows what were we supposed to do in the meantime??? The room's hot water 'allocation' ran out after only 2 short showers so couldn't wash up breakfast things. No checkout as no staff worked at weekend so we just posted key through the letterbox in the locked reception.
